Abstract EN

This research focuses on the types of language interference for learners of Arabic as a second language ; more specifically, semantic interference.

We will investigate their types and manifestations by providing various examples taken from Arabic and English.

By describing, analyzing and counting the interference errors found in the student s’ writings, subject to our analysis, the impacts of interference on their learning process will be indicated.
