Today, we live in a developed world and a changing society, which results in changes in the educational goals and curricula.

This has made the need to give teachers and teachers the ability to face these changes, and this aspect is important in the work of supervisors and educational supervisors.

Therefore, the importance of the research is determined in the following question: - To what extent can the educational training center contribute to the development of the supervisory process? The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between in-service training and educational supervision and to identify the objectives of the training that seeks to achieve the objectives of educational supervision, Between the methods of educational training and supervision and identify the importance of training for educational supervision and to know the extent of the contribution of the training center in the development of the supervisory process.
