Abstract EN

The One Person Company is a new type of company that was developing under the Saudi Companies Regulations of 2015 within the framework of the Joint Stock Com-pany and the Limited Liability Company.

The purpose of this research is to shed light on the legal system of the oneperson company, in terms of concept, methods of incorpora-tion, management and dissolution of the company and the financial liability of the com-pany.

The company law did not regulate the provisions of the one - person company independently, the Joint Stock Company and Limited Liability Company, which led to the lack of clarity of its provisions adequately.

Finally, the most important findings and rec-ommendations were reviewed.
