Multinational companies send human resources abroad to run their subsidiaries in line with their overall strategic human resources plan.

The cross-border movement ofthese human resources requires a special human resources department known as expatriate management, whose task is to recruit and select staffto carry out business in multinational companies, As well as their training and development in order to help them adapt to the new environment and this so that these expatriates to carry out their tasks in the best way, which is due to multinational companies with high return on investment.

We tried to highlight the functions of the expatriate management and its role in improving the performance of multinational companies by addressing some of the leading models.
