New middle Miocene Ostracodes (Crustacea)‎ from Kurdistan region, northeastern Iraq

The present paper is focused on new Ostracods species obtained from Fatha Formation (Middle Miocene) in Darbaikhan area, Sulaimani Governorate, Kurdistan province North Eastern of Iraq.

Forty-eight Ostracode species belonging to thirty-one genera were described, including eighteen species previously described, twenty-six new species left under open nomenclature because of lack of specimens and/or poor state of preservation.
