هذه الرسالة العلمية في مصطلح الحديث بعنوان : المنقطع عند المحدثين بين التقعيد و التطبيق.
وهدفت منها : دراسة الانقطاع في الإسناد و مدلولاته العلمية عند المتقدمين و المتأخرين، و جمعت أقوال المحدثين في المنقطع، و بينت أول من أطلق الانقطاع على الإسناد، ثم ذكرت صوره و أقسامه و حُجِّيته و وضعت شروطاً لقبوله بالعواضد و جمعت استعمالات المُحدثين و الفقهاء العملية في المنقطع.
و قد سلكت منهج الاستقراء في جمعي : للاستعمالات و التطبيقات العملية للمحدثين على المنقطع، و بينت فيها الفرق بين منهجي المتقدمين و المتأخرين في الجمع بين الانقطاع و صوره.
و قد احتوت الرسالة على فصلين.
الفصل الأول : تناولت فيه الدراسة النظرية و العلمية للمنقطع، و بينت مصطلح المنقطع و تعريفه في علوم الحديث، و أنواعه و طرق معرفته، و سلكت فيه ثلاثة مباحث.
أما الفصل الثاني : و هو ما يمثل الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة في استعمالات العلماء المصطلح المنقطع، ذكرت فيه بعض استعمالات المحدثين في الخلط بين صور الانقطاع في الإسناد، و سلكت فيه أربعة مباحث.
و ختمت دراستي بالنتائج و التوصيات.
فأعطيت للفصل الأول : الفصل النظري نتائج خاصة به.
كما و قمت في الفصل الثاني : الدراسة التطبيقية بعمل نتائج خاصة لكل مبحث على حدة.
ثم بينت أهم النتائج و التوصيات في نهاية البحث.
English Abstract
This paper in Hadith field entitled " the disconnected prophetic Hadith between the setting of rules and the application by the Hadith narrators " aims at clarifying and showing the narrators disconnected isnad at hadith and its indications to first and second narrators.
The paper also gathers what the narrators narrate regarding the disconnected prophetic Hadith and shows the first who called the disconnected prophetic term.
In addition to what mentioned, the paper gives the kinds and parts of disconnected prophetic Hadith and its range of strength and when it's right or not.
the paper collects the applicable uses of narrators to the disconnected prophetic Hadith.
The researcher in this study uses the inductive approach in gathering the applying narrators’ uses of disconnected in prophetic Hadith and shows the difference between the first and second narrators of disconnected prophetic Hadith.
The paper contains two chapters.
the first chapter clarifies the applicable and theoretical uses of disconnected prophetic Hadith.
the first chapter also put light on the definition of the disconnected prophetic Hadith in addition to its examples, kinds and ways of knowing it in three fields.
The second chapter concentrates on the applying side of disconnected prophetic Hadith.
It mentions some of narrator’s uses of disconnected prophetic Hadith mixing in four fields.
The papers give some findings and recommendations in the first and second chapter and the same at the end of this paper.
