Sports have become today's social phenomenon is most prevalent among people and among all among the communities and various denominations, Sport Activity born with human since the old and the evolution of him until it reached what it is today, which is a social system that derives its strength from the humanitarian instinct, the March of human sport and keen to develop driven by the need, to the nature of the traditional life that imposes it, where the activities of daily living is heavily dependent mostly in physical and sports activities.

It is clear that the world of sports today witnessed a great development in all areas, and expanded beyond the borders because of many factors that helped in that, no doubt that behind the success of any activity of the various sporting activities and competitions and organizing demonstrations in various parts of the world well-managed trace of modern scientific methods in management , also plays sports media practiced by specialists in sports management major role in influencing the masses to gain positive support and confidence, and this is what he is doing public relations device for each department.

Our study was focused to the subject of public relations and its role in improving the mental image of the workers at their institution on the key points that ensure confidence and public support for his foundation, and this is what seeking him successful institutions that I realized that success is not if they lived far away and isolated from the audience, and all this in order to create a picture her mind is in the expectations of their audiences and internal audience, which focused upon our study, which is the starting point or the tee.

Mental image is a main theme in the science of publicrelations, because the mental image is made up of several physical implications and trying to highlight the organization's identity management and to disseminate the culture effectively this does not mean that there is a correlation between successful strategic management of the organization and the image of mental management, as they confirm the potential to cause development of the organization and the development of its performance to benefit from the mental image of the organization research results.
