The researcher in the scientific and literary life in Algeria through the various eras of the old ones -eras- to the modern age, finds an active scientific, intellectual and literary movement, thanks to the scientists sand intellectuals and creative writers and authors, which helped him to enrich the science and the arts with various knowledge and literature in various fields.

One of the great sciences that has witnessed the attention of Algerian scientists is the science of rhetoric ; they have influenced it by various types of authorship: rhetorical systems, rhetorical acronyms, rhetorical annotations, rhetorical books, as well as issues relating to rhetoric.
