Abstract EN

The delegation of public services is one of the methods and techniques adopted in modernizing the management of public services, which contributes to the promotion of public services and achieving the public interest.

In view of the importance of this mechanism, Algeria has sought to modernize its legal system through the issuance of Presidential Decree N° 15-247, which regulates public transactions and delegation of public services in line with recent economic and social events in the country.

this paper try to shed light on this mechanism and to follow up on the provisions of the Algerian legislator in Presidential Decree 15-247 and what he added in order to modernize the management of public services
