Abstract EN

Al Mi’ayar Al Mu’rib of Al Wancharissi included features with historical and civilizational signs.

It is considered as one of the bases for analyzing and describing a history of an era in the Islamic Maghreb illustrating a period in its history in the economic, political, cultural and scientific fields.

Through these features I tried to diagnose the concept of terminology and the approximate general shape and the totality of the characteristics of religious institutions, which is one of the most important achievements of Islamic civilization in the Islamic Maghreb.

The article refers to the sections of religious institutions, their names, facilities and means, their establishment and their founders, the diagnosis of their constituents, the sources of their financing, the methods and laws of their administration, their employees and other functionaries.
