The contemporary Algerian narrative (account) is seeking to reveal the relation of the marginalized with the authority, since the nation building movement in the Arab world has revealed a biological and a political process which means a set of transformations that overtook on a particular personality by the political authority interference; considering that, the Algerian narrative (account) today became the marginalized newspaper with distinction.

Therefore it will be the subject of our article : The contemporary Algerian narrative (account) from a biological and political perspective of Michel Foucault, Faucault emphasizes on the transformations that overtook on the body in order to show ways of restrain and torture that the authority exercised on the marginalized.
