Abstract EN

The current study aims at reveling the rhetorical arguments in the wisemen's (al Hukama) teachings for their children and tribes in the pre_ Islamic era (al_jahili ) through personifying those linguistic components included in the teachings (list of advice)of al hukoma to their children and tribes in (Arab group speeches in the Arab flourishing ages ) in order to have a convincing evidence leading to its effective purpose on the text It originates from the idea that saysthe advice (teachings) speech is a directed one aiming at convincing As it is so , the speech is related to an argumental according to the result It is related to an argumental process based on basic pivots : (sender) speaker , the direct speech (the message) , the addressee according to the content of the speech of claiming that demands an evidence to be convincing in addition to a directed message based on evidential tools and means and also a receiver who is described as a protestor for this message , .

In order to present the topic clearly and comprehensively , this paper discussed the evidential rhetorical mechanisms that are represented by the speech of the pre_Islamic ( al_ jahiliah ) list of advice (teachings) in the three demands : the first is the linguistic evidential methods , the second is the rhetorical evidence and the third is compositional evidence .

This should be preceded by an orientation and ended by a closing including the important findings that this paper has come up with following the used methodology with the help of description as an instrument for analysis key words Rhetorical Evidence , The wisemen's (Al Jahili era ), teaching (list of advice) , the Pre_ Islamic era ( al Jahili era) the used methodology .
