Trafficking in women and children is a crime in accordance with all the international conventions adopted by the international community.

It has been criminalized both in general conventions in international human rights law, international criminal law or even international humanitarian law, or under special conventions that deal directly with Sexual exploitation or forced labor or trafficking in human organs.

Which led the international community to cooperate together to prevent, suppress and combat this crime.

Among the active components of the international community, which are prominent in this struggle, are international organizations, which still play an important role in preventing and combating trafficking thanks to their efforts through implemented research and decisions, as well as supervised programs.

This is regardless of the type of organization, whether governmental or non-governmental, international or regional.
