Abstract EN
This paper aims to identify and measuring the four dimensions of the corporate culture (market culture, Adhocracy culture, clan culture, hierarchy culture) prevailing in Algerian SMEs works in international markets.
The Evaluation Tool (OCAI) was used.
The study was applied to a sample of 48 Algerian SMEs from the agricultural and industrial sectors.
The data were collected by means of the Top Management team survey.
Structural equations Modeling (PLS - SEM) was also used in the measurement model and structural model of the study.
The results indicate that market culture and adhocracy culture are dominant in the studied SMEs.
