The study aimed to identify the degree of reality perception and overall application quality among workers in the school administration to public education in the city of Taif in their view the concept, and the study population consisted of all the managers and directors, agents and attorneys general education schools in Taif for the academic year 14341435/ AH’s (1164), It was selected as a simple random sample size was 240 members of the study population.
To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was used as a key tool.
The study found that the degree of realization of comprehensive and applications of quality among workers in the school administration to public education in the city of Taif concept came significantly.
There are significant differences at the level of significance (a < 0,05) between the mean study sample estimates of the degree of realization of comprehensive and applications of quality among workers in the school administration to public education in the city of Taif attributed to the sex of the instrument as a whole concept, and the fields of study in favor of females.
Moreover, variables of years of experience and the tool as a whole, and the second area (to recognize the application of total quality concept) and in favor of the category of those who experience (ten years and less).

There are no statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification of the instrument as a whole to a variable, and the areas of Aldrash.oukd study made a number of recommendations, notably to continue to hold educational seminars for employees training courses at the school, teachers, administration and the involvement of parents and students in which to consolidate the quality and applications concept.
