Abstract EN

This study aims to know about the Sides of sober Personality of the Muslim individual in the light of the wholly Quarn on the ego aspect, that is related to soul, mind and body.

Analytical method is used in this study.

The study included two parts, the first one talked about the notion of the Sober Personality and the second is on the balance between the spiritual side, mind and body.

The conclusion of the study was as follows: 1-The greatness of Islam resembles on its balance and moderate between the requirements of soul, mind and body.

2-Whenever Muslims establish this balance in his or her life, he or she then will stay away from depression, tension and stress also away from psychological diseases.
