Abstract EN

This study aimed to evaluate of the experiment of using the vocal recordings in teaching the French course (Allons-y) at secondary schools in Khartoum State, and the obstacles that hinder its use.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool of data collection.

The study population consisted of high schools' French language teachers at Khartoum province, their totaling was "99"male and female teachers, out of which eighty"80" were randomly chosen as a sample of study.

The data was analyzed by descriptive and nonparametric Statistics and the analysis was accomplished by using the SPSS Software.

The study found that: the attitudes of the French language teachers concerning the use of vocal recordings are positive, using vocal recording is very important in the educational process at secondary schools in Khartoum State.

There are obstacles to the use of vocal recordings in teaching the French language at secondary Schools in Khartoum, such as The lack of laboratories Prepared for teaching languages’ in Schools, and the over crowdedness of the classrooms with students and the difficulty of using audio devices
