Abstract EN

This study showed the privatizing the generalization by the medina's people consensus, and how the Maliki's presented the medina's people consensus on the individuals' news(Ahaads).

this was because of that the medina's people consensus was treated as the frequent news that was required for the knowledge.

the presentation of the medina's people consensus was taken in consideration because who did that were the prophet's companions and follower, who were the most honorable human after the prophet Mohammad.

also this study revealed that those who disagreed with the medina's Maliki's people consensus and kept the news of individual over the generalization did that for reservation and they took in account the public interest, as mentioned before.

the result of the study showed that the Malikis did not neglect the news of the individuals by the Medina's people consensus, but brought the two things together by privatization, and that the allocation by the Medina's people consensus in the news of individuals by possible and realistic, without arbitrariness in the Maliki's in some branches of jurisprudence.
