This study was conducted the loan guarantee institutions.

these institutions have emerged from the current economic challenges of banks, small and medium entrepreneurs.

these parties are facing many risks in the labor market such as loss or failure of loans, which made the idea of establishing loan guarantee institutions as a way to contribute to guarantee these risks.

in order to identify the mechanisms of work in practice, this study included a model, the Jordanian loan guarantee company.

this study aims to explaining the concept of guaranteeing the loan in Islamic jurisprudence and its legitimacy, and highlighting the mechanisms of the Jordanian loan guarantee company.

its expansion has recently expanded to include traditional banks (dealing with Riba) and Islamic banks.

in the course of this study, it was decided to adapt the Jordanian loan guarantee company and its legal ruling in addition to the recommendations, alternatives and legal solutions proposed to the loan guarantee institutions.
