Abstract EN

This study aims at illustrating the provisions of the legal regulations of the employer's family and the homes servants in the light of the palestinian Egyptian Jordanian the Saudi and the other related labor law and regulations.

it is worth mentioning that excluding the employer's family members and the homes servants from the scope of the labor law urges investigating the legal organizations governing the marginalized aforementioned section.

consequently this study tackles two main scopes.

the first deals with the legal organization of the employer's family while the second deals with the legal organization of the homes servants and the like.

finally a brief conclusion that shows the findings of the study followed by there commendations that should be considered.
