Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify attitude in the teacher of mathematics towards e-learning in North- East Badia Directorate and The effect of gender, qualification and years of experience variable in this and to achieve the purposes of the study.

The researchers used the descriptive approach.

A sample of 100 teachers was chosen.

The instrument of the study has been constructed to measure the orientation towards e-learning.

It is verified for its reliability and validity.

The study reached several results The attitudes of mathematics teachers toward e-learning were very high There were statistical significant differences(α=0.05) in term of gender and the differences were for females There were statistical significant differences (α=0.05) in term of years of experiences and the differences were for less than 5 years of experiences There were no statistical significant differences (α=0.05) in term of qualifications Finally; the study has some recommendations; the necessity to have specialists in the fields of technology and Internet to help teachers using e-learning and to provide each school with laboratories and computers and connect them with Internet and not limited to a specific number in the school
