Abstract EN

This research article deals with the performance analysis of Electric vehicle(EV) with fixed drive cycle range of about 60 Kms.

Drive cycle data are taken for different time in a day.

Real drive cycle data can provide clear idea for designing an EV.

Collected drive cycle data is simulated using Matlab/Simulink software.

Drive cycle data are collected using GPS and viewed in the GPX explorer for identifying the ideal drive cycle parameters.

EV Simulation results of State Of Charge of battery, Motor output efficiency, emission percentage, driving gearbox efficiency energy storage system efficiency during charging and discharge are all represented in the form of graphical plots.

This article arranged in the form of introduction to EV, Drive cycle, followed by flowchart to implement real drive cycle data's to Matlab to perform its operation in EV block diagram.

Followed by simulation results and its discussion
