The first of which is the one that relates to the relationship between the legislative and executive authorities in relation to martial law and how to deal with it.

This case formed the first motives and reasons that led the researcher to choose the subject of his research entitled " Iraq's War on Iraq in the era of King Ghazi 1933- 1939 study in the dialectic relationship between the justifications of the executive authority and the position of the legislative authority، "especially as this subject is surrounded by many of the hidden and events that coincided with the forestry of the historical phase during the ascendancy of King Ghazi in power in Iraq.
