Abstract EN

This study dealt with a very important subject which is negotiation, because it represents headache to the Sudan government, and also because this operation witnesses multi rounds of negotiation which increases up to eleven rounds without achieving any progress, the study try to illustrate the methods and procedures that followed by any negotiator, also focused on constructing a brief negotiation method to those who wish to develop their negotiation's skills.

the study also focused on the Nuba mountain's issue, considered that it’s the standard issue in negotiation operation which runs in Sudan with many of armed movements, also the study tries to clear the basic skills of which shall be possessed by the individual to enable him to guide a successful negotiation.

the study achieved some findings and recommendations that can be apply to contribute in successful negotiation management.
