This research is a trial to show the act of political environment - through the political Algerian crisis that took a place in the nine teens - on the modern Algerian poetry on the level of the acoustic structures that contains phonetically issues such as syllables, rhyme and so on hence, the research has come to find out that the crisis effected the poetical phonetically chooses and it has produced phonetically structures that expressed a lot of incidents that happened during that period
