abstract In order to face the external chalenges and Social variables , there is need for a comprehensive and sound raising of juveniles.

This raising can not be achieved unless the juveniles possess religious, moral, social and economic values as well as enhanced principles and bases of these values which life can not be continued in all societies without it.

There is two types of values ; the first one is a constant value that cant be changed or substituted and the all should be undergo to this type of value and complies to its laws voluntarily ; the second type is a flexable and expandable values.

The juveniles have available field to obey for these values without any contraindication by Legitimate and religious text as well as any rules of islam
