The precautionary reservation is a necessary and important measure for a creditor who wishes to avoid a debtor hiding some of his or her money from his or her financial liability because he can sign such a reservation even if he does not have an executive bond.

In this study, we will attempt to shed light on the conditions of the reservation and the procedures for signing it and its cases.
