Abstract EN

The purpus of this study investigate to identify the effectiveness of social responsibility at the Jordanian University of Science and Technology in achieving the effective citizenship of its students.

The sample of the study consisted of (2439) students randomly selected and a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to students electronically.

One of the methods used is the Cronbach alpha equation and Pearson correlation coefficient and the analysis of the mono-variance by SPSS.

The results of the study showed the following: The statistical averages for the sample members in the fields of national, social and environmental were rated moderately for all the paragraphs - There are no statistically significant differences due to gender and specialization variables.

The study recommended the need to consolidate the values of citizenship among students.
