This research speaks about one of the descriptions that comes from the sides of obligations this description is knows is Solidarity between credits or the positive Solidarity.
We will show the effects of both the Algerian civil law and the Islamic fiqh in this quality of Solidarity.
From this research we conclude that there are two kinds of effects : one is related to the relationship between the Solidarity credits and the other is related to the relationship between the credits each other.
