أجريت هذه الدراسة بقسم تنمية الثروة الحيوانية بكلية الطب البيطري جامعة قناة السويس، حيث تم تجميع بيانات (240) دورة دجاج تسمين خلال الفترة من 2005-2008، و قد تم إجراء اختبار تحليل التباين للمتوسطات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS 16)، و ذلك لدراسة تأثير عنابر التربية و السلالة و كلاهما معا على كل من إجمالي التكاليف، و إجمالي الإيرادات، و صافي الربح لمزارع دجاج التسمين.
و أظهرت النتائج أن كل من إجمالي التكاليف، و إجمالي الإيرادات، و صافي الربح كان أعلى في العنابر المغلقة عنه في العنابر المفتوحة و كانت أعلى سلالة هي سلالة الروس.
Abstract EN
The study was held to clarify the effect of the housing system and breed and their interaction on the total cost, total return and net return of broiler farms.
The study was conducted at the Department of Animal Wealth Development, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Suez Canal University.
A total of 240 broiler cycle records were collected in the period from 2005-2008.
The data were analyzed by Multivariate General Linear Model (GLM) for analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS, version 16.
The results revealed that, the total cost per farm was higher in closed housing system and Balady breeds.
Furthermore, the total return and net return were higher in closed housing system and Ross breed.
