Many new enterprises that have recently been founded during the first years are exposed to death on the market whereas others growth and are continue to produce products and services for the society through the time.

This growth can occur through planning after its archiving, so that the entrepreneurship will be able to benefit from accumulation in work.

There are certain numbers of enterprises which remains small size whereas some others are exposed to decline after reaching the phase of maturity, as for others, they are transformed to big and leading enterprises during a certain period.

This is due to the choice of an economic idea of more sustainable project through a real business plan, and the efficiency of the entrepreneur in the embodying this idea and developing it.

This paper outlines the most important crises that face entrepreneur during life cycle of enterprise, with offering appropriate solutions to avoid every crisis, because the sustainable entrepreneurship can from a strategic choice for country the development through its long life (its transformation from a small enterprise into medium and into a large one) and its increasing usefulness in the society depending on the management of growth
