Abstract EN

This study aims at defining Mental motivation and its Relation with Academic Adjustment for graduates of university of Al Qadisiyah.

The research consisted from (160) students of university of both sexes chosen randomly, The researcher adopted the scale of Mental motivation and built Academic Adjustment.

The researcher conducted several procedures Of which Reliability and Validity.

The results refer to The students of have a high degree of Mental motivation, Academic Adjustment ,and a positive relationship between Mental motivation and Academic Adjustment for students of university of Al Qadisiyah
