Abstract EN

The aim of this project is to recognize the real uses of the pedagogical differential among teachers of sport and its reflection on the individual differences on high school learners.

For that researchers have used the description method on 51 teachers in Ain Defla.

The questionnaire has already used as a tool of search.

The questionnaire consists of 5 units based on the previous studies; the distinctions between learners, the functioning of individual learning, the uses of pedagogical stipulation, the role of pedagogical differential in reducing the individual distinctions.

After deeply analyses of these findings, researchers have founded that; there is a wide uses of individual differential between learners.

Thus, it is advisable to work harder to apply the pedagogical differential on all studious levels and teachers must acquire this teaching method.
