Require modernization of the administrative system in Algeria from the viewpoint of the fight against corruption, the transition to the general criteria which impose legally necessary protection of public administrations and embodied, and in the way it must protect public jobs on the career level administrative and criminal protection in accordance with law for specific procedures, as well as the embodiment of the central system and reduce administrative central excessive dominant on the administrative decision making on the level of the central authorities, and the globalization of the administrative system through the transition to electronic management and seen by many as one of the promotion of governance in Algeria and qualitative transition from traditional management to modern management factors, and therefore the modernization of public administration as a model for anti-corruption and the promotion of governance in Algeria is not subject to the specific requirements and it is for the way because of public administration functioning in accordance to the needs and general requirements.
