The research aims at uncovering the most important problems facing secondary education in the city of Amarah by conducting a questionnaire directed by educational supervisors, school principals, teachers and secondary school students, and distributed to (72) secondary schools.

The results showed that there were many problems that contributed to the low efficiency of the educational level in the secondary education schools, which reflected the level of scientific students.

This was confirmed by the results of the questionnaire.

The opinion of the educational supervisors was the small number of buildings and the lack of teachers with scientific competencies as the main factors followed by the other factors.

While most school principals agreed that the essence of the problem is mainly the large number of students within the school beyond its absorptive capacity.

The opinion of teachers and students have agreed that the large number of students within the Division and the change of curricula on a continuous basis, and the lack of educational services was one of the most important obstacles that disrupt the process of educational and educational.
