Abstract EN

The constitutional amendments has a great relationship with crises in Algeria, in its both kinds ,state crises and regime s ones, These a amendments have been insufficiency due to their occasionally goals and their being effected by those crises and trying effect them, which reflected on the nature and on the efficiency of the Algerian constitution, Starting from the constitution of 1989, to 1992 crisis, and even there is no a clear state crisis nowadays ,the end of the president of the republic contract, events in1996 was a real a crisis regime ,which is the real reason for the last amendments a gain in 2008 and 2016 to let the president s contracts opened in the former , which means there is a great relationship between the constitutional amendments and the crises in Algeria
