The modern era has developed new ways of human reproduction, including the substitute womb method which means that a woman bears and gives birth on behalf of another.

This process raised a wide controversy because of its risk which may contributes in the destruction of the basis on which the rules of kinship are built on.

This rules have become, in effect, distributed on more than one person, in addition to the partition in the duration of pregnancy, as for each stage of it, there is its legal effects.

Hence, the issue of wombs rental is raised both on religious juristic and legal levels to show the treatment of the consequent effects
