English Abstract
One of the main issues challenging the building sector is how to reduce building energy consumption while maintaining or improving the quality of the living environment.
Therefore, it is essential to investigate a collective design approach to enhance building energy efficiency; indoor environmental quality including electromagnetic and air quality; and wireless connectivity in an enormous range of new frequencies, modulation, and intensities.
The objectives of this paper is to develop and verify a triangular concept of “friendly buildings” which incorporates major design and configuration guidance including energy efficiency, wireless connectivity, and electromagnetic environment
