Corporate governance has received the most attention in recent years.
While this new practice is extensively discussed, it is not always well understood, especially at family enterprises.
Bearing these are the oldest and most widespread form of business organization in the world and play a leading role in economic growth and employment of the workforce.
As a result, in this study we focused on highlighting the main characteristics of the family enterprise compared to the managerial enterprise in terms of its governance and structures
