Abstract EN
This research aimed to recognize the level of the transformational leadership aspects practice in the Ministry of Social Development in Gaza Strip, the level of job involvement, measure the level of creative behavior, as well as determining the role of the employment introspection as a mediator variable in the relationship between transformational leadership and creative behavior.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analysis method was used.
The research sample consisted of (202) employees that were selected in the random stratified sampling method.
The response rate was (91.82%).
The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.
The results of the research were as follows: The level of transformational leadership was( 68.71%) ,the level of (creative behavior) was found to be in a relative rate equals (65.24%) with a high degree of approval.
The sense of job involvement was (70.57%) with a high degree of approval.
Transformational leadership affects creative behavior except individual considerations where its effect was weak and explain (35.4%) of the variation in dependent variable.
The results show that job involvement employment partly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and the creative behavior.
There is no statistical differences in the answers of the respondents concerning innovation behavior due to the following variables (Gender, job title, Years of experience) where there is differences due to Academic qualification in favor of diploma and least.
The most important recommendations are to promote the creative behaviors of the workers in accordance with a well-planned steps and a supportive environment by paying concern of practicing the appropriate leadership styles, especially the transformational leadership that acts positively, motivates, inspires the subordinates, drives them to achieve their aims, and create organizational climate in which employees can feel integrating with the job as if they were one unit.
