Abstract EN

The research aims at: job engagement for the members of the institutes of physical education arbil.

the differences in job engagement among the members according the age, period of career, and the scientific degree.

the descriptive approach was used, the sample included (24), the data were analyzed statistically by using the theoretical scope, analysis of variance, and testing lesser significant difference (L.S.D).

the researcher concluded the following: members of physical education directorate do have good job engagement ability.

the existence of significant relation between members of physical education directorate in job engagement according to age, period of career and scientific degree.
