The sequentially negotiated situation of managerial leadership is measured of change as well as relative grade that reflex organizational distance nature with workers .

This state motivated of researchers to study problem which is stimuli through question that represents : are do negotiation situation component that method organized to draw the organizational distance between workers of organization sample of the study? The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between components of negotiation situation and discover with indicators of organizational distance between workers of organization and added to research the statistical significance difference between variables .

The study depends on questionnaire as a tool of collecting data which distributed of random sample covered (40) persons in Nineveh electric distribution directorate as well as the researcher's used many tools of static such as (means, standard, deviations, Personal correlation , variance analysis) This study arrived at many conclusions such as: there are correlations between contents of negotiation situation and the indicators of organizational distance of organization sample as well as variance of relative importance from point of view of researcher , depending on that conclusions that the study introduces many recommendations
