Pure Cadmium Selenium (CdSe) films were prepared on glass wafers using Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) technique.
Copper thin films with various thicknesses (100 Å, 200 Å and 300 Å) were deposited on the upper surface of (CdSe) by thermal vaporization technique.
After that, prepared samples were annealed at a temperature of 250◦c for 1 hour in order to defuse Cu inside the CdSe and get the required sample
