Abstract EN

It is exciting to find that the language of short stories now a days has become a focus for contemplation because of the abundance of signifiers with in the structure of the text; to the extent that the signifier digs his imprint in the structure so that the language is now an aesthetic tool that links the text with the depth of the experience, in "A last Waltz of two stronger " collection of Asaad AL Hilaly is an example of short stories that has been written in poetic and impression language whose function is obvious through signification and fascination.

It is a non –revealing language that contains lot of vagueness symbolic manipulation and fantasy the present study deals with the language of the collection and its most important communicative functions by the interpretation of the text; and trying to focus on and decode the significance of the trope in the text and then analyzing what lies behind that language.
