English Abstract

The Study aimed at evaluating teaching members Performance in Educating College at Waist University according Higher Studies Students View Point in the ligher Studies Students View Point in the light of Teaching quality Standards.

In order to achieve this questionnaire was prepared that consisted of (50) items distributed or Five main fields in cluding : Teaching Planning implementing And Teaching evaluating.

After obtaining the tool validity, Communicating ,Personal characteristics And reliability ,it was applied to the sample of the study consisting of (60) students of Higher studies (MA and Pr D) divied in to (30) male students and (30) female students of Education College at Wasit University fer the academic year (20-20)according to the humanitarian departments(Arabic ,History , Geography ,Educathanal and Psychological Sciences Quran and Islamic Education).

The resuhs Showed that the performance evaluating level of teaching members is (%72,12) Which is High Level .Meanscores fer all fields were at high lwel except the Field of evaluating students education level which was middle .Also, the results clarified that there is no significant difference according to gender variable.

In the light of the study results ,the researchers have made anumber of recommandations to benefit from student evalution.
