Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the impact of employment of males and females teachers of Arabic Language for knowledge economy skills in the teaching and its relationship with some variables.

The sample of the study consisted of (106) male and female teachers at Directorate of Education Al-Anbar.

To apply the study, the researchers prepared questionnaire of knowledge economy skills, consisted of (30) items.

The results showed the degree of employment of males and females teachers of Arabic Language for knowledge economy skills was moderate, there were differences in knowledge economy skills, in favor of the females, and there were no differences between the male teachers and female teachers due to the teaching experience, and there were differences due to educational qualification, in favor of postgraduate.

In light of the results, the study came out several recommendations and proposals.
