Since there is any developments, and the changing conditions of the people of what it was the predecessors, this study comes to searches in the matter of the possibility of the Fatwa with an irregulars and a weak says, and neglect the preponderant or celebrate opinions, this subject has been dealt with through the three sections: the first is devoted to define an irregular and Fatwa’s terms, the second to expose a scholars opinions on the use of preponderant and avoid using irregulars says, and the thirds to describe criterias or conditions which must be taken to use irregulars says and any applications where using it, and we finish with the quote of an important results
