This research aims to know the level of the writing a ptness to the low learning students the researchers elaborating a test to measure this skill.the test includes 53 items deuided on 13 main skill they try to extracting the psychometrics of the test which show and discerned the traeness and constancy on a sample formed from 200 students.to limit the society of the correctness research on such students in the primary school inferior to the Education of Babylon 2016-2017 the basic sample of the research formed the primary school of safi al Deen by using a saitable statistic devices.

The reached the following results there is a gap and the students are suffering from the shortness in the skill of writing and they need a special treatment.
