Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز سمات الشخصية الإيجابية لدى طلبتها، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و استخدمت الاستبادة كأداة للدراسة، و تكونت من ( 44 ) فقرة وزعت على ( 4 ) مجالات و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الطلبة الأيتام المقيمين و المكفولين من قبل مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام في جميع محافظات غزة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 200 ) طالبا و طالبة.
و من أبرز نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : 1- تحديد أهم سمات الشخصية الإيجابية المستمدة من القرآن الكريم و السنة النبوية.
2- أن الوزن النسبي لدرجة ممارسة مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام بمحافظات غزة لدورها في تعزيز سمات الشخصية الإيجابية لدي طلبتها بلغ ( 82.40% (و بدرجة تقدير كبيرة.
3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عدد مستوي دلالة ( 0.05≤ a ) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدور مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز سمات الشخصية الإيجابية لدى طلبتها تعزى لمتغير ( المعدل التراكمي، و المرحلة التعليمية ) بينما توجود فروق في متغير ( الجنس ) لصالح الاناث 4- تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من السبل المقترحة لتفعيل دور مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام في تعزيز الشخصية الإيجابية.
توصيات الدراسة : 1.
ضرورة تفعيل برامج تهدف لتحسين مستوي الخدمات المقدمة للأيتام في مؤسسات الرعاية.
2.
وضع معايير للجودة في دور الأيتام، و تكون هناك ضوابط و جهات لمتابعتها.
English Abstract
This study aims at identifying the role of orphan care institutions in Gaza governorates in enhancing the traits of the positive personality among their students and ways of activating it.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.
The questionnaire was used as a tool for study.
It consisted of (44) paragraphs divided into four areas.
The study population consisted of all orphaned and sponsored students orphan care institutions in Gaza governorates.
The study sample consisted/ of (200) male and female students.
The most important findings of the study : 1.
The most important positive personality traits are derived from the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
2.
The relative weight of the role of orphan care institutions in Gaza governorates in enhancing the traits the positive personality of students in the light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah reached (82.40%), a high percentage.
3.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the respondents for the role of the orphan care institutions in the Gaza governorates in enhancing the positive character traits of the students in the light of the Quran and Sunnah attributable to the variables (cumulative average and educational stage) While there are(gender) differences in favor of females.
4.
Was reached to Developing a set of suggested methods to activate the role of orphan care institutions in promoting the positive personality.
The most important recommendations of the study : 1.
There is a need to activate programs aiming at improving the level of services provided to orphan’s care institutions.
2.
It is necessary to set standards for quality in orphanages institutions, and there should be controls and bodies to follow-up with.
