Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة المهارات التواصل، وعلاقتها بالانتماء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين.

منهج الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

أداة الدراسة : استخدمت الباحثة استبانتين الأولى لقياس درجة ممارسة مهارات التواصل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة، و تكونت من ( 37 ) فقرة موزعة علي أربعة مجالات : ) الاستماع، التحدث الكتابة التواصل غير اللفظي ) و الاستبانة الثانية : لقياس مستوى الانتماء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين وتكونت من ( 18 ) فقرة.

مجتمع الدراسة و عينتها تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي و معلمات المدارس الثانوية و البالغ عددهم ( 4504 ) معلما و معلمة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية ( 450 ) معلما و معلمة.

أهم النتائج : ● درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لمهارات التواصل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدا بوزن نسبي (82.07%) ● وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05 ) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لمهارات التواصل و حول الانتماء الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير ( الجنس ) لصالح الإناث، بينما لا توجد فروق تعزى المتغير المؤهل العلمي و كذلك لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، في حين توجد فروق في الانتماء الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح الذين سنوات خدمتهم كسنوات فأقل.

● مستوى الانتماء الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدا بوزن نسبي ( 82.59% ).

● توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 ≤ a ) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة لمهارات للتواصل و متوسطات تقديراتهم لمستوى الانتماء الوظيفي للمعلمين.

أهم التوصيات : ● تعزيز مهارات التواصل والحوار التربوي و تنويع الأنشطة لإكساب المديرين فنون متقدمة في التواصل باستخدام البرامج و التقنيات الحديثة ● إشراك المعلمين في العمل المدرسي وتوفير الأجواء النفسية و الاجتماعية الداعمة لتعزيز الانتماء الوظيفي لديهم.

English Abstract

Objective of the study : This study aims at identifying the degree to which secondary school principals in Gaza governorates practice communication skills, and its relation to the career affiliation of teachers.

Research Methodology : The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.

Study tool: The researcher used two questionnaires; the first is to measure the degree of practicing communication skills among secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates.

It consisted of (37) paragraphs divided into four sections: (listening, speaking, writing, nonverbal communication), and the second questionnaire is to measure the teachers’ career affiliation, and it consisted of (18) paragraphs.

Study population and sample: The study population consisted of all male teachers and female teachers of secondary schools whose number is (4504).

The sample of the study was randomly selected and consisted of (450) male teachers and female teachers.

The most important findings of the study: • The degree of practicing communication skills by secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates was very high with a relative weight of (82.07%).

• There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample responses to the degree of practicing secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates communication skills and career affiliation attributable to the gender variable in favor of the females, while there are no differences attributable to the variable academic qualification.

There are also no differences attributable to the variable years of service.

At the same time, there are differences in career affiliation attributable to the variable years of service for those who have served for 5 years or less.

• The level of career affiliation among high school teachers in the Gaza governorates is very high with a relative weight of (82.59%).

• There is a statistically significant correlative relationship at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates to the degree of practicing secondary school principals in the Gaza governorates communication skills and the mean score of their estimates of the level of career affiliation of teachers.

The most important recommendations of the study : • Enhancing the communication skills and educational dialogue, and diversifying activities to provide principals with advanced arts in communication using modern software and technologies.

• Involving teachers in school activities and providing psychosocial and supportive atmosphere to enhance their career affiliation.
